What we collect
- Identity & contact: name, email, mobile number, delivery addresses.
- Medical documents: prescription images and your ECHS card, uploaded by you for order fulfilment.
- Order data: medicines quoted and purchased, delivery and payment records (cash on delivery or online payment via Razorpay).
- Technical data: device and usage information needed to keep accounts secure.
Cookies & local storage
We use your browser’s local storage (not third-party tracking cookies) to keep you signed in, remember your theme and language preference, and avoid repeating a dismissed prompt. Our payment gateway, Razorpay, may set its own cookies while you are completing a payment, governed by Razorpay’s own privacy policy. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
Exclusively to fulfil your orders: pharmacist verification of prescriptions, preparing quotes, delivery, order updates (SMS/WhatsApp/email) and support. We do not sell or rent personal or medical data to anyone.
How we protect it
- Prescription and ECHS card images are stored in private cloud storage — never on a public path — and served only through short-lived, authenticated links.
- Your ECHS identifier is encrypted at rest in our database.
- Access is restricted by role to the pharmacist and admin staff who process orders.
- All traffic uses HTTPS; uploads are scanned for malware before they reach our pharmacist.
Sharing
Limited data is shared only with the delivery partner (name, phone, address — to deliver your parcel) and as required by law or drug-control regulation.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law, you may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@armymedicinesupplier.in or calling +91 90260 09000. Legal record-keeping obligations for pharmacies may require us to retain certain order records for the statutory period even after a deletion request.
