The four steps

  1. Upload — Take a clear photo of your prescription (and your ECHS card the first time) and submit it in a couple of minutes.
  2. Pharmacist verification — A registered pharmacist checks the prescription, confirms each medicine and strength, and finds a same-salt option for anything unavailable.
  3. Approve your quote — You receive a transparent quote showing every medicine, its MRP and your discount. Nothing is charged — you simply approve.
  4. Doorstep delivery — Medicines are packed and delivered to your home with an OTP at the door. You pay cash on delivery.

What you need

  • A clear photo or PDF of a valid prescription from a registered doctor.
  • Your ECHS card (uploaded once and kept on file for future orders).
  • A delivery address inside our coverage area.

Do I need to pay anything in advance?

How long does it take?

A pharmacist usually reviews your prescription within a few hours. After you approve the quote, medicines are typically packed and dispatched the same day, with tracking until delivery.

Who can use this service?

ECHS beneficiaries, ex-servicemen, veterans, defence pensioners and army families across India. Dependents and family members can order on a member's behalf.
